Block Management Ltd is a family company which provides a friendly and professional service that we hope will come as a refreshing change to many. We work hard to provide the best service and support possible at a fair price and act as block managing agents for sites in and around Swindon.
Block Management Ltd was originally part of our sister company, Accounting Services Ltd. In 2017, the accountancy and block management sides of the business were separated due to the growth of the individual businesses.
We began our involvement in the property management business in 1993 and have built up a residential portfolio of apartments in the Swindon area. As leaseholders of apartments ourselves, we know the benefit of having an efficient, professional management company who are committed to keeping services charges reasonable.
We pride ourselves on implementing regular, cost-effective maintenance to sites to ensure that sites remain a safe and attractive environment for both leaseholders and tenants. We have a panel of local specialist and general contractors all of whom are vetted by us to ensure the highest standards at sensible prices. All savings made are passed on to leaseholders as we do not accept commissions, kick-backs or any other form of remuneration from service providers.
Meet the Team
John Morris FCMA CGMA MTPI – Director

John is a Chartered Management Accountant and is a member of The Property Institute. He has been involved in the property industry since 1988, and gained previous experience in senior positions with a firm of town planning consultants and infrastructure engineers. He has assisted leaseholders with Right To Manage claims since the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 was introduced.
Diana Morris – Director
Diana is a Member of the National Landlords Association (NLA) and has owned a number of leasehold properties since 1993. She has managed residential properties and estates since 2004. Diana knows and appreciates first-hand the issues that are of importance to leaseholders. These include ensuring that sites are maintained to a high standard and keeping tight control of service charge costs.
Thomas Dellow MPTI AssocRICS– Director/ Senior Property Manager

Thomas undertakes site inspections and co-ordinates work orders with verified contractors to ensure projects are carried out in a timely fashion. He also assist leaseholders with Right To Manage (RTM) acquisitions, placement of insurance and Health and Safety compliance. He is a Member of The Property Institute (TPI) and an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Julie Gough PGCE BA (Hons) – Conveyancing Manager
Julie responds to solicitors’ enquiries at time of sale to ensure that assignments and sales progress smoothly. Julie is currently studying for associate membership of The Property Institute. Julie also creates and maintains the individual websites that we provide for each site as part of our service.
Sarah Dellow BA (Hons) – Accounts Manager
Sarah ensures that service charge accounts are properly maintained. In addition to her office-based duties, she regularly undertakes site visits and inspections. Sarah is currently studying to become an AAT qualified accountant.
Christopher Morris – IT Manager
Christopher is responsible for maintaining the office IT infrastructure including: VOIP and mobile lines; networked server and PCs; databases; scanning equipment and data back up and storage.
