Q: I live at a site managed by Block Management Ltd and I require a new/replacement door entry key fob. How do I get one?

A: Only leaseholders are able to request new/replacement door entry key fobs as a matter of security. You must complete the Fob Order form and return it to us with a refundable deposit of £20 and an additional £2 to cover postage and packaging for the new/replacement fob. You can either post it along with a cheque (address on form) or email a pdf copy and make the payment using the bank details on the form.

Q: I live at a site managed by Block Management Ltd and I require a key for the Bicycle Shed. How do I get one?

A: Only leaseholders are able to request keys for the bicycle shed as a matter of security. You must complete the Bicycle Shed Order form and return it to us with a refundable deposit of £10 and an additional £2 to cover postage and packaging for the new/replacement fob. You can either post it along with a cheque (address on form) or email a pdf copy and make the payment using the bank details on the form.

Q: I am selling my flat and need documents for the Lease Assignment, how do I get these?

A: Block Management Ltd charge a fee for providing Lease Assignment services. You can find out more about these on the Lease Assignment page.

 

Q: I have just bought a flat and want to become a member of the Management Company, how can I do this?

A: All leaseholders are entitled to become a member of the Management Company of their block of flats. You will be provided with details of the Management Company as part of the Lease Assignment and will be sent a New Member Form upon completion to ensure that all leaseholder details are up to date.

Q: I need to find out about Insurance details for the building, are they readily available?

A: Each site that Block Management Ltd manages is provided with a dedicated website that contains details of Accounts, Insurance, Health & Safety & Statutory Information.

Q: I want to store something in the communal area, why am I not allowed?

A: As a resident, you have no rights to store or display anything within the communal areas as these are for access to and from the flats for residents and visitors. Communal areas must be kept clear so that leaseholders/residents are able to safety exit the building if necessary and equally, so that in an emergency the necessary services are able to gain entry to the building/individual flat.
